DEBJANI GHOSH (President of NASSCOM)

Debjani Ghosh is the National Association of Software and Service Companies' fifth president.(NASSCOM), appointed on April 2, 2018.Debjani is a seasoned professional in the technology sector and a steadfast advocate for gender diversity in corporate India. She was the first woman to lead Intel India, the Manufacturers' Association for Information Technology (MAIT), and now NASSCOM. During her remarkable career, which included spanned more than two decades, she held a variety of leadership positions across geographies in South and Southeast Asia at Intel.She is a firm believer in how technology can benefit society by improving lives and livelihoods.

    She was instrumental in the creation of Intel's "Digital Nation" strategy, collaborating with the government to accelerate India's technological adoption.Under the guidance of the "First Ladies," the Indian President presented her with a certificate of appreciation in January 2018.program that gives recognition to outstanding female pioneers in their fields. She was named one of the 20 Most Powerful Women in Business in India by Fortune magazine for five years, beginning in 2012.The epidemic has given the technology industry a huge chance to reinvent itself.The sector's rethinking blueprint from NASSCOM emphasizes trust, digital talent, and People-First Innovation. Agility and resilience are the main points of differentiation. Debjani is of the opinion that if we make full use of these competitive advantages, we might construct a future that is superior to the one we currently have  now.
