Ratan Tata is the Chairman Emeritus of Tata Group, one of India’s largest conglomerates. He started Tata Group, and it has since become one of the largest conglomerates in India. Ratan Tata is an Indian businessman and the former Chairman of Tata Group, a conglomerate company. He served as the Chairman of Tata Group from 1991 to 2012. Ratan Tata was born on 28th December, 1937, in Bombay, Maharashtra. His father was a pioneer of the Indian steel industry. Ratan Tata completed his education in the United States and started working for his father’s company in 1962. He rose through the ranks and became the Chairman of Tata Group in 1991. Ratan Tata is successful businessmen and has made a significant impact on the Indian economy. He is highly respected and admired by his peers. He has contributed a great deal to the society and is truly examples of success. Tata promotes health, learning, and rural development. In India, he is regarded as one of the top philanthropists.
In order to enhance the water in hard-to-reach locations, he helped the University of New South Wales Faculty of Engineering create capacitive deionization. A $28 million Tata Scholarship Fund was endowed by the Tata Education and Development Trust, a charitable arm of the Tata Company, enabling Cornell University to offer financial aid to undergraduate Indian students. In 2010, the Harvard Business School (HBS) received a $50 million donation from the Tata Group enterprises and Tata charities to build an executive centre. TCS, a division of Tata Consultancy Services, made the highest donation ever. Tata promotes health, learning, and rural development. In India, he is regarded as one of the top philanthropists.
